Find all the information you need about renting market stalls on this page. Quality space is available for rent part-time and full-time, indoors and outdoors at Findlay Market. Regionally famous, centrally located Findlay Market offers free lighted parking, ADA accessible facilities, maintained public restrooms, weekly e-mail promotion, and a unique shopping environment. Indoor stands require a year round, six day a week vending commitment and are licensed to merchants on a long-term basis (one or more years). Space in the outdoor market, located on the streets surrounding the historic market house, can be rented by the week, month, or on a daily basis for as little as $25.00 per day. Growers and cottage producers who qualify for the farmers market typically rent space by the season to sell on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or Tuesdays. Findlay Market is eager for new vendors in all three areas of the market and more information about each, including applications, rules, and rental rates can be found below.

Full Time Indoor Vending Stands

All full time indoor vending space at Findlay Market is currently rented. Applications for full-time indoor year-round stands are being accepted, however. Applicants are placed on a waiting list and evaluated as existing stands become available and new vending space is developed.

Part-time / Seasonal / Outdoor / Farmers Markets Vending Information

Outdoor and semi-sheltered vending space is available year round on North and South Elder Street, adjacent to the market house. Outdoor stalls measure ten feet by ten feet. The market does not supply electric service, water, shelter, tables, chairs, or other amenities. Trucks, trailers and other vehicles are not permitted around the market house but the outdoor market will accommodate health department licensed, NFS compliant mobile food carts. Advance registration is generally required. Payment must be received before unloading or setting up. Market management assigns vendors to locations based on the type of product being sold and the vendor's seniority in the market.

Part-time and Seasonal Vending 

Outdoor part-time vending space for locally produced crafts and prepared food is available year round on North and South Elder Street, adjacent to the market house. We have spaces available for vendors selling crafts that they make or food prepared onsite. Unfortunately, we do not have spaces for vendors interested in reselling products. Outdoor stalls measure ten by ten feet. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set-up (tables, canopy, chairs, etc.). The market does not provide electric service for North Elder Street spaces.

On South Elder Street (Essen Strasse) we welcome pop-up, health department licensed prepared food vendors to apply for a space. We are unable to accommodate trucks, trailers or food trucks around the market house. Advanced registration is required - see below for links. Spaces are assigned based on product type, seniority and selling days. Please see the market rules below for more information.

Farmers Market Vending 

The Farmers Market at Findlay Market is a producer only market and reserved for farmers who grow what they sell. When space is available, the farmers market is also open to “cottage producers” who prepare food items from scratch in their own homes, operate according to ODA rules and follow rules from the Cincinnati Department of Health.

The Farmers Market operates year-round on Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm; Sundays from 10:00am to 2:00pm and Fridays, although availability of meats, cheeses, flowers and produce vary from season to season. The stalls in the farmshed are approximately 9 feet wide.  Producers set up under the roof of the farmshed and work off the back of their vehicles. Electric is available.
