The Friends of Findlay market is a non-profit, volunteer organization of market shoppers from Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. Fans of this type of market come from all over, with stories of their memories.

The goal: To Preserve, Protect and Promote Findlay Market

The Friends recognize the benefits of wonderful fresh food, but also the vibrant culture of this historic city-center market that increases the quality of life in our city. They work closely with the Corporation for Findlay Market, Market Vendors, the City of Cincinnati, and the shoppers to assure that the Market and surrounding Over-the-Rhine Neighborhood remain viable and continue their 150 year long partnership. The organization consists of a working volunteer board and a dues-paying membership.

You can become a part of this worthy cause to continue the revitalization and exciting innovative plans for Findlay Market and the Over-the-Rhine area - adding your suggestions, expertise and assistance.

Board meetings are open to all members of the Friends, and you are invited to attend.

the work of Friends and other volunteers
• the rejuvenated and cleaned up parking lots, spearheaded by
the Friends’ efforts on Make a Difference Day

first 3 years funded by the Friends
• our festive addition of beads and trinkets at Mardi Gras -
• the Findlay Market float for the Opening Day Parade –
We decorate it and ride in the parade to promote the Market
