To Preserve, Protect and Promote Findlay Market
The Friends recognize the benefits of wonderful fresh food, but also the vibrant culture of our historic city-center market that improves the quality of life in Cincinnati. We work closely with The Corporation for Findlay Market, market vendors, the City of Cincinnati, and shoppers to assure that the market and surrounding Over-the-Rhine Neighborhood are vibrant and growing. The Friends organization consists of a working volunteer board and a membership of contributors to the Findlay Market Fund.
The last Saturday of the month, from March through November, the Friends offer docent led tours of the Market. at 10:00am. Meet outside the Internet Cafe and learn how to navigate the market, some history and other interesting facts about Ohio's oldest public market. If you have questions or want to RSVP for a tour, contact friends@findlaymarket.org.
