Mission Statement: To supply healthy, tasty products, which promote a healthy lifestyle for our customers, while purchasing our organic produce, when available, from local food suppliers.

We have been vegetarians for over 30 years and have introduced our vegetarian and healthy lifestyle to many of our friends and family over the years. We opened a health food store in Sparta, NJ in 1983 which offered organic produce as well as a juice and soup bar. In 1989, Barbara trained and became certified by Dr. Ann Wigmore, founder of wheatgrass therapy, at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston, MA. She continued on with her living food diet and wheatgrass therapy for some time and the family soon moved to Arizona. While in Arizona, the couple started a vegan gourmet catering company and supplied many vegan items, as well as wheatgrass to local health food restaurants and individual families. A vegetarian cookbook called "The Vegetarian Sandwich" was self published by Edward and became a best seller among local health food stores and book stores. Edward also worked as a chef in the local food co-op serving up to 300 customers daily and implemented many vegan specials.

After moving to Cincinnati in 1996, we continued a healthy lifestyle and recently decided to share our products and knowledge with others living in the local health community.
We have been running a home and office delivery wheatgrass business and have now made the decision to become a vendor at Findlay Market where we will supply customers with fresh made juices, wheatgrass, smoothies, salads, soups and other vegan items. We will also carry a variety of gluten free items for our customers.
