During these uncertain times, many people have concerns. Findlay Market wants to do our part to bring some relief to those worried about getting groceries to their kitchen table. Thanks to The Johnson Foundation, we were able to give away grocery credits for the Findlay Market Shopping App to those directly affected by COVID-19 in the month of April.
We are excited to be able to extend this amazing program throughout the month of May thanks to a generous contribution from P&G!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We are asking the community to nominate someone deserving of some relief during this time. The Grocery Relief Program will run for 8 weeks (April 3-May 29), with 8 winners selected each week. Those winners will be selected on and contacted every Thursday.
Each winner will receive a $50 grocery credit that can be used on the Findlay Market Shopping App. Nomination forms can be found online HERE. A person can nominate any number of deserving folks, but we ask that a person only nominates the same person one time.
Winners must use the Findlay Market Shopping App to receive the grocery credit. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or a gift card.
WHO CAN BE NOMINATED?
Anyone that you think could use a little extra relief, whether it is a friend, family member or yourself. This could be someone in the healthcare field, a person in the restaurant industry that was recently laid off, a first responder, a man or woman juggling childcare or health issues - whoever you think could use a little extra help.
Findlay Market thanks The Johnson Foundation and P&G for making this program possible.
