The Training Room at Coughlin Commons
132 Elder Street
Our first-floor training room at Coughlin Commons is perfect for hosting a large group training, conference, or a private celebration. This room is conveniently located on the first floor with an excellentview of Findlay Market, and comes equipped with tables, chairs, three TVs, AV hookups, and a bar area.

Bar Area at Coughlin Commons
132 Elder Street
This bar area is perfect for a small cocktail-style gathering, happy hour, or birthday party. With a beautiful view of Findlay Market and Elm Street, this venue is intimate and immersive in the heart of the Findlay Market District.

Classroom Kitchen at Findlay Kitchen
1719 Elm Street
Located inside Findlay Kitchen on Elm Street, this space offers a beautiful view of Findlay Market as well as a fully-equipped kitchen space to host cooking classes, intimate seated dinners, cocktail parties, and more.

Outdoor Venues
Farm Shed
The Farm Shed is a covered walkway where our Farmers Market is held on the weekends. It can fit a variety of events—weddings, corporate events, formal sit-down meals, and more. Available outside of Farmers Market operating hours (hours may vary). Need more space? The breezeway is available to rent for an additional cost.

Jane’s
Jane’s is the perfect location for corporate happy hours, birthday parties, and other business and social gatherings. You may rent up to half of the location Tuesday - Sunday from 4 - 8 PM. The other half must remain available to the public during that time. Our iconic red tables and chairs will be present at Jane’s and available for use at no additional cost. Jane’s is partially covered.

Race Street Esplanade
The Race Street Esplanade can fit a variety of layout configurations, and is perfect for sit-down dinners, cocktail parties, corporate events and social gatherings.

North & South Market Sides
Yes! You can rent out a whole side of the Findlay Market square to host your festival or large outdoor gathering. These spaces are available in the evening after the Market closes.
