Findlay Market manages 2 surface lots - the North Lot and the South Lot. Please see information below on pricing and how to get to each location.

Rates: $3/hour - 24/7

Cincy EZPark App

Use the Cincy EZPark app to make parking easier and more efficient in the two Findlay Market Parking Lots. The Findlay Market Zone # is 4523.

Directions

To the North Lot - From Central Parkway turn East on Findlay St. The parking lot will be on your right. From Liberty St. turn North on Elm St. Make a right on Findlay St. and the lot will be immediately to your right.

To the South Lot - From Central Parkway turn East on Findlay St. Make a right on Race St. and the lot will be on your right. From Liberty St. turn North on Elm St. Make a right on Findlay St. and another right on Race St. The lot will be on your right.

Validation through app only. Only 1 code can be used per parking session. 

  1. Make a purchase at the market

  2. Receive discount code from merchant

  3. Enter code in app under “Session Options”

Pay Stations

  • Automated pay stations are located in each lot

  • Pay stations are pay by license plate

  • Pay stations accept credit and debit cards

  • 1 hour free, M-F, 8a-6p, if you choose a 1 hour stay

Electric Vehicle Charging

Charge your electric vehicle at Findlay Market! We have two charging stations available in our North Parking Lot near Eckerlin Meats.

To use our charging stations:

  1. Download the free FLO app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play

  2. Sign up for a FLO user account

  3. Request a FLO Membership card (if desired)

The Cincinnati Bell Connector

The Cincinnati Bell Connector is Cincinnati’s modern streetcar system on a 3.6-mile loop connecting the riverfront at The Banks, Downtown and Over-the-Rhine. The streetcar stops at Findlay Market going North at Station 10 on Elm Street and stops again going South at Station 12 on Race Street.
