Findlay Kitchen is a non-profit food business incubator, located in the heart of the historic Findlay Market district. Findlay Kitchen supports food entrepreneurs looking to start, grow and scale their business, by providing affordable access to 14 licensed commercial kitchens, commercial-grade kitchen equipment, and  storage space. Our facility was designed and built with maximum flexibility in mind for our members, whether you're just starting out or are looking to scale your current operation.

As a food business incubator, we connect entrepreneurs with exclusive sales opportunities and strategic partnerships across internal and external programs. Through Findlay Learn, we offer wraparound support including training, mentorship, and business resources that help food entrepreneurs grow. Our work ensures that more healthy and sustainable food businesses reach our region.

Findlay Kitchen is a mission-driven program grounded in principles of inclusivity, serving a member community where 80% or more represent historically marginalized groups. We work to ensure that all entrepreneurs benefit while reducing systemic barriers that limit access to opportunity.
