Melinda Mueller, owner, and lead chocolatier is as creative as it gets when it comes to being a Chocolatier. Melinda has no limits when it comes to creation and hard work. Ruby's signature product is a truffle cake, but offers many unique items such as joysticks, turtles, barks, buckeyes, traditional truffles and much more.
