Since opening in 2016, Findlay Kitchen has helped nearly 300 food entrepreneurs start, grow and scale, with a specific emphasis on supporting those with higher barriers to entry in the restaurant industry - BIPOC, women and immigrant-owned businesses. 84% of current members fall into one or more of those categories. Findlay Kitchen empowers and embraces the wealth of culture and diversity that is needed to advance and sustain a vibrant food ecosystem, right here in the heart of our city. In 2025, Findlay Kitchen was awarded the prestigious "Incubator Kitchen of the Year Award" at the Golden Whisk Awards.

Findlay Kitchen is a nonprofit food business incubator located in the historic Findlay Market district. It offers food entrepreneurs affordable access to fourteen licensed commercial kitchens, professional grade equipment, business development support, and generous storage space. The facility is designed with flexibility in mind so members at any stage of their journey can access the tools and resources they need to succeed.
